These Terms of Service apply to using the Celandra storefront. Read them with the Privacy Policy and the policies and checkout information relevant to an order.

Agreement and Related Policies

Review these terms before using the store or placing an order. The Shipping, Refund and Payment Policies provide the detailed conditions for their respective subjects and should be read alongside the actual listing and checkout information.

If a provision cannot apply because mandatory law provides otherwise, the non-waivable right remains in force. These terms should not be read as a waiver of statutory consumer protections.

Content and Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual-property and privacy rights associated with site content, product imagery and any material submitted to the store. Do not submit unlawful material, private information without authority or content you have no right to use.

Product names and third-party marks remain subject to the applicable rights. Purchasing through the store does not transfer ownership of those marks or create an additional affiliation or authorization claim.

Service Limitations and Applicable Law

Online access and third-party services may be affected by technical availability. Any disclaimer or limitation is subject to applicable law and does not exclude a liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

The law applicable to the transaction and mandatory consumer protections govern. No specific court, venue or jurisdiction is assigned by this section.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

Use the storefront only where you have the legal capacity and any permission required for the transaction. Supply accurate information needed for the order and use payment details only with the appropriate authority.

Check the contact and delivery details before submitting a purchase. Tell the store promptly if a correction is needed, including the order reference and requested change.

Lawful Website Use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, transmit harmful code or misuse another person’s account or information. Use search, product pages, checkout and customer support for their intended purposes.

An inquiry should explain the actual question and should not include passwords, complete payment credentials or personal information unrelated to the request. Respect the rights of the store, other visitors and third parties.

Products and Listing Details

The current selection includes Women's Graphic Tees, Men's Graphic Tees, Kids Graphic Tees, Everyday Graphic Tees, Women's Hooded Sweats, Men's Hooded Sweats, Kids Hooded Sweats, Unspecified-Fit Hooded Sweats. Assess each item using its own title, description, available options, images and current availability. Details for one product should not be assumed to apply to another.

Review any stated sizing, dimensions, materials, compatibility, included parts and care information. If a detail essential to a purchase is missing, contact the store before ordering rather than assuming a feature or specification.

Product Use and Care

Choose an item suitable for the intended use and follow the instructions and warnings supplied for that item. Product-specific guidance should be assessed from the relevant listing and material accompanying the purchase.

If a product appears faulty or an incorrect item has been supplied, report the issue under the Refund Policy. This section does not create an additional performance guarantee or restrict a mandatory remedy.

Orders, Pricing and Availability

Check the selected item, variant, quantity, delivery details and final checkout amount before submitting an order. Availability and prices should be reviewed for the current transaction. Keep the order confirmation for later questions.

If a product, amount or order detail appears wrong, contact the store with the relevant reference. A request for a different option or a correction does not by itself reserve stock or confirm an order change.

Payment and Checkout Charges

The shop currency is USD. Review the currency and final amount shown for your actual checkout. Use the payment options actually presented in checkout for the order. Review the total, shipping charge and any tax before authorizing payment.

Use the payment provider’s secure channels for account-specific issues. If submission is interrupted or the order status is unclear, check for a confirmation before attempting another payment. Do not email full card numbers, security codes or bank-login credentials.

Processing and Delivery

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day. Domestic delivery covers all 50 United States states; international customers must contact the store before ordering to confirm availability and charges.

Tracking information is supplied after dispatch. Carrier transit is separate from preparation, and no fixed transit-day commitment is made here. Read the Shipping Policy for delivery inquiries and the 48-hour reporting instructions for transport damage or loss, subject to mandatory rights.

Returns and Refunds

A return may be requested within 30 days of receipt. Personal-preference returns require unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging. An applicable EU order also has the 14-day cooling-off provision described in the Refund Policy.

After approval, follow the supplied label and return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection and approval; bank posting time is additional. Contact the store if more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receipt. Confirm return-shipping cost arrangements rather than assuming who pays.

Changes and Questions

Review the current terms for a new purchase and keep information relevant to an existing order. A later update does not by itself remove rights already arising from that purchase.

For questions, identify the relevant term, product or order when contacting the store. The public details below can be used for questions; omit payment secrets and sensitive account information.
